Workforce Placement
Graduates enter careers in media production, digital marketing, game development, and commercial creative services — industries with strong wage growth and long-term demand.
BBM Studios exists to close the gap between creative talent and economic opportunity — for individuals, families, and communities across Wisconsin. Here's what that looks like in practice.
Wisconsin's creative economy is growing — but the communities with the most creative talent have historically been the least connected to its opportunities. BBM Studios was built to change that. We don't just train workers. We build economic infrastructure in communities that have been systematically excluded from the industries we're training people to enter.
Every participant who completes a BBM Studios program represents a family whose economic trajectory changes. Every business launched by a graduate creates jobs. Every employer partnership we build opens a door that wasn't open before. That's what community impact means to us — not a metric, but a mission.
We track outcomes because accountability matters. These numbers represent real people whose economic lives changed because of BBM Studios.

Entrepreneurship pathway graduates launch freelance practices, creative agencies, and product businesses — creating jobs and building wealth in their communities.
BBM Studios graduates stay in Wisconsin. They mentor the next cohort, hire locally, and reinvest their success back into the communities that shaped them.
Behind every statistic is a person. Here are a few of the stories that define what BBM Studios is building.
"Before BBM Studios, I had the skills but no idea how to turn them into a career. Six months after graduating, I was producing content for three Wisconsin brands and making more than I ever had. Now I run my own production company with two employees."
"I always knew I was creative, but I didn't know how to make money from it. BBM Studios taught me how to price my work, find clients, and run a real business. I went from working retail to running a six-figure design studio in 18 months."
"I grew up playing games and always wanted to make them, but I thought that world wasn't for people like me. BBM Studios showed me it was — and gave me the skills and connections to prove it. I'm now a junior game designer at a Wisconsin studio."
Scholarships, income-share agreements, and flexible scheduling ensure that cost and logistics are never the reason someone can't access BBM Studios. We meet participants where they are.
Our programs are built with employers, not just for them. Graduates earn credentials that employers recognize and respect — because those employers helped design the curriculum.
Childcare navigation, transportation assistance, mental health resources, and peer support networks — because workforce barriers extend beyond the classroom, and we address them holistically.
BBM Studios graduates are recruited as mentors, instructors, and community ambassadors. The program is designed to compound its own impact — each cohort strengthening the next.
Community impact is a collective effort. Whether you're a potential participant, a community organization, a volunteer, or a funder — there's a role for you in what we're building.
